IDK what i want to do... I just wanted some ideas on this topic. I deff. am going to port my current setup and see what it does. Im not just not sure how big of a difference it will make.

Those subs in a seal box makes my doors flex pretty nice. my winow sometimes "slides" down 1 inch if I have it open.

Powered with a Kicker SX1250.1 amp (1500rms at 1 ohm).

In the recomended sealed encloser. I could build a new box tuned to like ... 35hz but Ive yet to deal with building a ported box with all of the subs in the same chamber.

Aero ports are your friend. 10-12 cubes with aero's tuned in the lower to mid 30's would be pretty loud. You could even keep your same equipment.

I had 4 powerbase pb15's in a 12 cube tuned to 38hz common chamber on a kx1200 with a 140sq inch of port. It was fairly loud. I just spend 1300 on 2 powerbase xs15 and 2 orion 1200d's. Only had both setups for 2 weeks and the 2 15's are definately louder than the 4 and I am getting some serious flexing.

I am looking at 2 18s...either strokers (the yellow middle ones) or mmats juggernauts.

They require about 13.04 cf @ ~40 hertz. the 13.4 is box + sub + port.

if you want to lose your hearing here's what you do.

-Go to an empty room and hang to runs of string from the ceiling.

-About 1.5' above the ground tie a REAL M-80 to each string.

-Lay down on your side, with your ear directly below one of the firecrackers.

-Light the firecracker directly above your ear, stay there until it explodes. (Don't puss out and move or cover your ear.)

-Flip over and light the other one.

Repeat as needed.
