LOUD speakers ?

unless you have major work done to your doors - the mid bass isnt gonna sound great with those speakers.. and i dont think the movement on those speakers is *healthy* i'd love to see how long that spider last personally...

you're options are basically loud without a lot of midbass or good mid bass but not as loud... midbass is probaly the hardest freq range to get in your car setup correctly.. its hard on 6.5's unless they're dedicated - the speakers need to able to handle the power.. have a solid enclosure and they also need to be positioned correctly in order for them to blend well..

yes but its much easier to hit that level with the tweets than it is midbass lol - well it can be either really, depending on where htey are crossed.. the most sensative range is about 1k-4k

well i was exaggerating, just at like 20 yards, because i always play my music at parties and I want louder speakers
what you want to do is get some tweeter horns, i got some for the summer, they are not installed yet

but i know people that run them, i would recommend selenium ones, they get loud!

with an added horn

that will do the trick if you want to play your car at parties, just make sure you have atleast a sub to make up the missing frequencies

i know this guy, on his van he has 2 15" subs, and like 4 seleniums, and as we were approaching the party, you could heard the music 2 blocks away easy, good stuff

PA speakers is what you will need

brands that come to mind are 18sound, RCF, B&C or beyma if u want clarity

if ure gonna be bridging that 2 channel amp...then you'll need to get a pair of 8ohm speakers so that it will come down to the 4 ohm load to match your amp..

just an example of the kind of installs our installers in trinidad here do for competition vehicles

^^^these are the amps that he has running his entire set up

^^^he has 2 10" 18sound on each door...lol

^^^another set with loud speakers

you dont NEED these speakers OUTSIDE your vehicle to get loud....they can be placed inside and have the same effect
