if anybody on here has a loud setup in a single cab and has been metered...post score and setup....pics would be nice also
too bad I can't do that in my Sonoma. If I could find a way to put my two Mach 5 SPL-12s in my cab w/o loosing pass and driver seats, and not cutting my cab, I'd be happy as f*ck.No pics but used to own a Silverado single cab. Took middle seat out and put box from floor to roof. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
180 amp Load Boss alt, 3 Trojan Maxx batteries(basically forklift batteries), 1 12" Soundstream SPL-X, and a PPI DCX 1000.1. Sub in 2.5 cubes tuned to 34Hz daily.
Metered it a few times with a 49Hz port and hit 148.1's.. and was loud as junk on music... sub forward port up...
I might be able to find pics somewhere...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
I have also put a 15" fi Q in the ranger pictured above and it was really loud too. It murdered the lows like no other. We ran it off of 1400wrms in 2cuft sealed. Just took up too much room in the cab. Plus the new setup is louder.1 10" fi q in .7cuft sealed w/1k rms is NOT loud in a reg cab f150..... just to let you know so dont go that route.
yeah the 15" might be loud in 2cubes, but do not go with a single 10" Q sealed.... just my opinion. I think there are A LOT more options that will get louder for sure!I have also put a 15" fi Q in the ranger pictured above and it was really loud too. It murdered the lows like no other.
