Blown sub, What can i do with it?

I have a bunch of 15" 187's and 2 of them are blown. Is it possible to get them reconed threw somebody other than IA since they dont recone them? Possibly a new basket and such? Or are they pretty much garbage?

Sorry, I didn't realize you were so sensitive. I will be more direct. Lets look at some quick math. The cheapest recone kits are usually in the $75-$90 range. And you want to addd the labor the labor of having someone else recone them. On $120 subs. That IA still sells. Isn't the answer to your question obvious?

Chris @ dB-R sent me a 187 to check out -- my coils are too fat for the gap so I cannot work on them.

I thought they were 2.5" coils but they are 2" so I also don't have any spiders to work -- sorry guys!
