LOUD Highs..... more speakers OR just better speakers?

almost all horns or bullet tweeters have a high rating on sensitivity
look at seleniums they are only rated at 100rms but can handle up to 250rms i know several people running 200 + to one selenium and the sens is 107db

audiopipe makes good products look at the subs and the amps a few people have been talking about like memphisflex has amps and subs and comps by audiopipe
Let me state this a different way... if they are rated for 105db, why would you need anywhere near 400 watts?

they can handle 400rms not saying needs that just rated at that

thats like saying rsd's are rated at 50-60rms cant rember but people are giving them 2-3times more or tcguy giving 300rms to a side

The first set of horns linked doesnt look like an actual "horn" like the second that king ranch posted that are REALLY long. where the shit would you mount that?

The first one you posted looks to be the depth of a regular 6.5" driver and would fit in a door. why the difference? Is there a best brand for the cheapest that can take the power and get as loud as Im talking about?

Thanks

the one set i posted are bullet tweets they are a 5inch diameter not sure on mouting depth

the second set is seleniums the only difference in the link of the two diff sets of seleniums is the horn length one is for wide and short dispersion other is for long and narrow disperesion

Oh really eh you dont even mount em in the door or anything eh, I can easily fab up some mounts for them.

Are horns what im looking for though? Would they produce those REALLY loud highs that are clearly audible, and take a good bit of wattage?

If horns are as "loud" as everyone is sayin why dont more people use them?

Theres a benefit of runnin horns over say 2 sets of PG RSD's though?

yes it doenst take much watts for horns to get loud like if you threw just 75-100 watts per horn on the seleniums i posted and turned them all the way your ears couldnt handle it and it will hurt your ears in a small closed in area trust me
