how can you say you never screwed anyone out of anything yet C5 has still not received anything from you, amps,refund,tracking etc, since he sent you money?

every thought that C5 is the scammer? it goes both ways on here. sellers that take money and never send a thing. and BUYERS that recieve the merchandise and say they never did trying to get the seller to resend or refund so they either get double the stuff or there money back and keep the stuff. Now i think we all have heard enough. This is an issue that can be finished resolved somewhere else.

to answer your first question NO i do nto think C5 is the scammer in this situation.

I agree it does work both ways. but even when it works the opposite way the seller/shipper usually never has a problem PROVING he did what he was supposed to do. which is not the case in this situation.

And what makes this situation any different then any other on this forum when someone is accused of scamming someone else? that it needs to be resolved somewhere else?
