lost power from 1ch, wrks fine brdg?????

ok i have an autotek sx2200 in my work car and noticed that the bass wasnt hitting like it should so i open trunk and noticed only one speaker was playing properly the other one was playin but not much. brought the amp in the house and hooked it up to pwr supply and cd player. the outcome is the left channel has minimal output but the amp seems to operate fine bridged. anyone know of what the issue may be? i had a punch 75 do the same thing to me about 14yrs ago and i ran it bridged for over a year never to have a problem just couldnt use it stereo. i was just hoping maybe someone would know of a simple fix. all componenets internally seem fine. im guessing that the neg on the left channel has a weak connection somewhere since the amp runs fine bridged. im not a tech so if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it greatly.

Wish I could help, but I had the same thing on a Kicker ix2302.. I just ran it bridged the whole time I had it..
