Much better amps IMO. class A/B is fine for subs, if you have the electrical, but I'd stay away from Audiobahn Junk.

Class D is much more efficient.

i want the alpine type x 12's, and im trying to figure out what it would cost to get 1000 rms to each sub at 4 ohms, and then i want to know how much it would cost to do it the cheapest way, and that seemed like the only way was buying two of those amps, lucky i didnt i guess haha

why 4 ohms? run it at 1 or 2 (depending on coils).... gonna be alot cheaper

and dont forget about eletrical for 2000 watts rms....

Cheap parts = junk.

Audiobahn stuff is noob equipment. Chrome and Flames does not make it good.

I'd go with an internet company like Sundown. There are many others to choose from. I'm just a little biased //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. But the choice is yours. Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, JL, MTX, and JBL are some other good companies. If your tight on money, by a nice used amp.

actually some of audiobahns amps weren't horrible for example the 8000t or the 8002t

but besides those 2 I never liked any more of their amps

JBL makes good amps for the money too

i love my GTO... think im gonna get a 1201.1 to match it...
