MTX TE4001D vs Rockford T4000

Anybody own the TE4001D or the Rockford T4 amp..

I am looking into getting the TE4001D or T4.. My buddy is a dealer so he can probably get it at cost or something but anyways..

Any comments Please only people who have owned it..

I would go with the mtx personally. Their amplifiers are powerhouses, i wouldnt doubt the birthsheet on that amplifier to read over 4000 watts not to mention they are strappable too.

Both are great, rock solid amplifiers.

Haven't installed a new TE40001D yet, but have installed quite a few of the 920001 (3000+++ rms).

the mtx te4001d is a good amp just very power hungry got mine cheap with discount for working at cc.
