Yeah Clarion has 1 remote that is default for all Clarion headunits. It has like 10 buttons on it and nothing for volume or channels. I may have to use that if I can't find anything else. I just called Clarion and talked with their parts supplier. Apparently losing remotes is common since I hit the menu buttons on the phone directly to remote replacements LOL. They are going to email me with price and info.

I love using remotes on decks, too bad my alpine didn't come w/ one!!! I would think its more safe as you don't have to lean forward and look at the deck.

What he is asking, and frankly I am wondering the same... how can you be a safe driver if you are watching movies while you are driving??? if you keep you eyes on the road while watching movies then you are not watching the movie and it pointless to have it playing, otherwise you are full of it and you actually watch it while you drive.

like said above when you have the gangsta lean on you hand is a foot and a half from the cd player and if you have to lean up to touch it then it conflicts with you gangsta status.
