Smoked weed when I was 13 or so, got busted, why? Cuz I was stupid about it..

Been smoking ever since.. never got caught ONE time, now that I'm smart about it.

if you ask any lawyer or judge tey'll tell you marijuana laws are bullshit. jails are overcrowded and there are a lot more problematic things to worry about to be chasing people that smoke bud. i do understand weed is illegal (BELIEVE me i KNOW!!) but that doesnt mean that it is the right thing. there are even law enforcement officers that will let you off for having a small amount of weed. if its so god ****ed bad why would they do that? why would the ****in president admit to smoking weed? weed isn't bad. i don't consider it a drug if nicotine isn't. you can preach the law to me all ****in day but at the end of it i'll still say "smoking weed doesnt hurt anyone any more than cigarettes and alcohol, which are both legal" if you can show me ONE incident where someone was killed as a direct result of marijuana i would be impressed. Ronald Regan was president when the "war on drugs" started. ask any government figure how much tax money goes to fight this "war". more than you'd hope. maybe if it WAS legal there'd be more tax money to fix REAL problems, like bridges that are collapsing, and this lovly predicament King George has gotten us into. I know you flamers are gonna say "so it's ok to sell drugs..." NO mofo's i'm saying there is nothing wrong with blazin a blunt, other than some old ****ers that YOU elected say it's bad. alcohol and cigarettes kill more people per DAY then weed does in a YEAR. still it is illegal but everyone that isnt a jackass knows there isnt anything bad that would come from it being legal.

that said, if you do smoke, posses, distribute, or grow weed and you get caught, dont expect to not to go to jail. i can tell you from experience you will. my point is marijuana being illegal is a KNOWN idiocy

there has never been a legit documented case that marijuana has ever caused a fatality.

in fact i posted a study a long time ago on this forum, that was done by our own governments #1 man for the DEA, saying marijuana has no link to causing cancer and in fact has a "suggestion of a protective effect". the study showed cigarette smokers had a 20 fold increase in cancer during the study, while the marijuana users had 0....

Never heard of ANYONE in my life going to jail for 10 years for weed or shrooms even for trafficking.

my lil bros dad was busted with like 600grams of meth and was charged for possesion, attempt to deliver, and distributing to minors, and something else i dont remember, and he is only getting 1 year for that shit.

anyone care to address the issue of why medical marijuana is legalized in *i think* 13 states now...yet patients are still being arrested?
so the people of california say legalize it...the feds say no.....what happens now? why should they get to tell what the people of california and the others states want? i thought this was a democracy?

I would be shocked if a bill legalizing recreational use of marijuana passed any type of vote... Simply cause pot heads are too lazy to go out and vote... I would only be for it if it were regulated and heavily taxed. With serious penalties for dui's and distributing to minors.
