Well I will deffinetly start drinking some more water, I am not going to only rely on that though. I weigh about 240-245. Much bigger than I would like to be.

  1. cut out all fatty drinks, pops, juice thats not 100% juice stuff like that
  2. eat mainly grilled chicken breast and fish maybe a little red meat
  3. try and get at least an hour of excersise per day either running, jogging, or other cardio or weighted based excersises.
  4. drink alot of water and pee a ton, this will also flush toxins out of your body and you will in general feal healthier even if you don't look it.
  5. *** is a great excersise i suggest you find a girl and get to work if ya aint got one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

haha the last one will come much easier AFTER all this. I will post a before and after picture when I think I am looking a little better. Thanks though I have got some great ideas now.

I've been trying to lose some body fat as well. Drinking alot of water is a good idea. Plus, drinking a ton of water and sweating alot is GREAT for your skin. Usually if you sweat while you are dehydrated it comes out like chicken grease.

I've been doing 2 sets of 80 crunches with a 25lb weight on my chest. That seems to do something... I'm going to move up to situps as soon as my back is better.

Seriously, take 20 bucks to wal mart and go buy a 25-35 lb dumbbell, and just lift that shit. That's what I did, makes me feel at least like I'm doing SOMETHING.

It wouldn't be healthy to lose 35 lbs. in a month, the right way, diet and excercise?
as phat has already said, you basically woul dhave to eat everything without any type of fat too it, and work out 3-4 hours a day. If you do this you actually could do it and it might even be healthy, but never the less - 2 pounds a week in weight loss is about as healthy as u can go

I did this about a month ago, but not volutarily... I lost 15 lbs. in a matter of about 12 days.. I didn't eat, and all I did was work out, because I was depressed/angry... It was a good start, now I just need to cut the sugar out of my diet again...

And then I crashed, and was sick for a few days... My eyes were literally blueish purple, because of not eating anything.. I looked like I was on crack, and hadn't slept in a few days...

I would stick to the crunches vic. I have a crunch type thing i work out on, it basically holds your head up and you go up about 6-8 in and hold yourself there for 3 sec. It burns like a mutha fuuuuucccaaa when you get your 25th one. Which i guess would be like 75 sec. I do 3 sets of these. Make sure when you do your crunches you do your left and right sides so all of your abs/obliques get worked out!

can you do it? Yes

Is it healthy? No

If you are extremely overweight it is easier to loose it, gastric bypass will make you loose 65 lbs per month for the first 2 months, wrestlers sweat it out up to 20lbs in 48 to 72 hours but get dehydrated from it, diatretics will make you shit it out but again sever dehyration.

I lost about that much in the first 2-3 weeks when I completely changed my diet 2 months ago. Now it has leveled off and I am losing a pound or 2 a week. Had to get rid of my beer/dorm food gut. It has been working great. Plus exercise. I used this:

Just eat your points allowance each day, lots of chicken and salad and you'll be good. Good luck man.

i wish i could gain 30lbs.......

my grand-dad lost like 60lbs by walking 3 miles a day and cutting out all the junk out of his diet.....he went from like 5'10" 260bs to about 195-200 now

p.s. my boss lost 12lbs over spring break by cutting out pop, he would drink a 2liter by himself everyday.......
