Mike said it best though, small meals, multiple times a day. I actually get up at 3am and eat everyday, it keeps me cut up.

 
also dont listen to the whole "dont eat before bed" crap. when you sleep is when your muscles rebuild themselves. thats when you grow. so a good slow acting casein protein right before will do wonders. something like low fat or no fat cottage cheese. then when you wake up a good fast acting whey protein to get ur body out of the catabolic state.

 
i've lost 35 lbs in a month before. maybe even more. i was on the atkins... i lost about 55 lbs all together on the atkins. but once i stopped the diet, i gained pretty much all my weight back lol.

wow strong drugs (adipex and clen) why not add some T3? better yet why not add muscle and lose the fat. Heres a good cycle.

D-bol (Naposim) – 3 * 5mg ED (w1-w6)

Deca (Nandronol) – 200mg each 5 days (w1-w9)

Test – 250mg each 3 days (each other time shot of Sustanon or Enanthate) (w1-w9)

Proviron – 25mg ED (w4-w10)

HCG – 3000u.i on day 54, 3000u.i on day 59, 2000u.i on day 63 and 2000u.i on day 67.

Nolva (Tamoxi) – 40/40/20/20/20 (w10-w14)

Clomid (Ikaclomin) – 50mg ED (w10-w13)

Silymarin – 900mg ED (w1-w13), 600mg ED(w14), 300mg ED (w15)

Tribulus – 4*625mg ED (w10-w13), 2*625mg (w14-w17)

 
Depends on how big you are. If you are 400 pounds, no problem.

When I was younger I was 220 pounds... I was able to drop 20 pounds in 1 month and 20 more pounds in 3 more months. That is about as fast as it can be done in a healthy manner at that size. The first part is always easy if you have a little extra weight, but it does get alot harder.

Whether you eat a bowl of cottage cheese or a pile of dog shit, your gastric acids/juices will be going, your stomach is going to be working to digest the food and your body is going to be working when it should be resting.

You didn't take an A&P class, did you?

your body is working when you sleep to rebuild the muscle you tore down durring the day. so its working regardless. thanks, try again...

 
what i have yet to see is anyone suggesting boosting your metabolism by eating more yet smaller meals and snacks throughout the day. that combined with healthy eating habits and exorcise should cause anyone to lose weight. eat a healthy breakfast, 2 hrs later eat a snack like a bannanna, couple hrs later eat lunch, couple hrs later eat an apple, few hrs later eat dinner, have snack a few hrs later and go to bed, and start over.
