Losing 35 lbs. in a month...

  1. cut out all fatty drinks, pops, juice thats not 100% juice stuff like that
  2. eat mainly grilled chicken breast and fish maybe a little red meat
  3. try and get at least an hour of excersise per day either running, jogging, or other cardio or weighted based excersises.
  4. drink alot of water and pee a ton, this will also flush toxins out of your body and you will in general feal healthier even if you don't look it.

i agree with him 100% thats pretty much the exact diet i just started this week, modified from my previous high protein diet when i was lifting heavy which was basically the same but also included 2 cans of tuna and 3 protein shakes daily

try not to be too focused on the number, 35 pounds... honestly if you hit the gym, convert some fat into muscle and drop some flab, you might only be 20 pounds lighter but you'll notice a big difference appearance wise and how good you feel, energy wise and stuff

 
sit in your bathroom w. the shower on hot as it can go and just steam every day.
run and run.

drink a lot of water.

dont eat anything

ok lets thing about this.... I weigh 170...I go in the hot shower every day and lose a total of 20 lbs in a month....but i drink more water as I lose these WATER WEIGHT LBS and add that weight right back on....BZZZZZ...DOESNT WORK!!!

I dunno if any of you watch Ultimate Fighter..but one of those guys had to lose 20 lbs in 1 day!! He did it.

 
yes its possible i lost 24 in a month... doing the atkins diet... and thats just been since december... i lost 40 pounds altogether and have been off of for abou a month and have only gained back 6 pounds...

like they said, u have to not eat for a month lol. atkins diet is not healthy at all. period. been proven.

 
Anybody had any success trying to get rid of a belly? That is my only really bad area is the spare i carry in the middle. Maybe drink less beer?
less beer or at least a low carb light beer, drink water like i said, keep in mind beer has water as well as sugar and hops wich will turn into fat if u do not excersies regurly this equals water weight, so drink tons of pure water and piss out some of that weight. plus cruches do wonders expecially if you use a free weight and hold it above your head when you do them

Cool, I will give it a shot. I always drink light beer, but maybe I will have to start drinking the real low carb stuff and more water during the day.

my problem with the whole water thing is i already drink a ton of water but i don't piss a lot lol. like literally i drink about a gallon to a 1.5 gallons a day of water and don't piss but every 4-5 hours.

dude the atkins diet isn't healthy any nutritionist will tell you that. when you go off the diet*everyone does or eventually needs to* you gain the weight back like 70% of the time and something like 15% of people gain about 20% more than what they weighed to begin with. just cut out soda and exercise 10 minutes a day more, that's an easy 15lbs a month if you're overweight.

well are you over weight? it may just be that the water diet will not help you, as i said for people that mainly drink fatty sodas and shit it will help because thier bodys store what little water they drink because it is nessacry for your body to survive, but if you mainly drink water now then the diet will not do much for ya because you have no stored water mass because your body gets what it needs if not more on a daily basis

No study has been conclusive in proving atkins to be a un-healthy diet.

Un-healthy in the sense that it should not be done. Most every diet is un-healthy in one way or another. Be it increased cholesterol, lack of natural vitamins, increased or decreased blood pressure.

So if you mean un-healty as is every other diet, sure it is.

They have a maintaining program. Atkins is a life style change. And after the initial "diet" the maintaining program consists of lower carb intake every day. If someone gains weight after doing the Atkins diet plan, they are more than likely going back to their normal eating habits.

IMO any diet is a lifestyle change. You have to be dedicated for life.

The most healthy way to loose weight is to not diet, but change what you eat and start to exercise. Basically take care of your health.

I believe FoxPro is a nutritionist, and would be a great person to ask advice from.

 
My mom lost 50lbs. in about 6 1/2 weeks on weight watchers. I lost 10 Lbs. in my first 2 weeks of it.
