I been looking to get an audio system for some time and I finally have some money to take the plunge.

I have the 07 Chrysler Sebring, and I'm pretty sure that I should first get speakers if I'm looking to upgrade. I have picked out these,

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Infinity+-+6%22+x+9%22+3-Way+Car+Speakers+with+Plus+One+Cones+%28Pair%29/8210982.p?id=1166234894575&skuId=8210982

Although I may get these: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_107DB5251/Polk-Audio-db5251.html?tp=106&tab=features_and_specs

if I can't get the infinity ones at the price I want. What I want to know though is how easy will it be to install these speakers and if I'm looking at a deck to power them what features should I be looking for? Decks seem to cost a lot yet I don't use bluetooth, or anything like that. The only thing I want to use my deck for is to feed my speakers music from my ipod and to be able to use my steering controls.

The deck I'm looking at is:http://www.bestbuy.com/site/JVC+-+50W+x+4+MOSFET+In-Dash+CD+Deck+with+Detachable+Faceplate/9205086.p?id=1218057761867&skuId=9205086

but it has low RMS to the speakers. Does that matter if I'm also getting an amp? What deck would any of you recommend given my situation and lack of need of most features I usually see? I also can't tell the difference between many of these decks. Also, if I do get an amp, do I include my receiver RMS when I'm calculating how much RMS each speaker is getting?

What amp should I be looking at given that my speakers are about 100 RMS peak? I thought of the BAMF-1600/4 or the http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M4100/Sound-Ordnance-M-4100.html?tp=115. The bamf seems to give more RMS which is better since I read that I want to give it some headroom so my amp isn't working so hard.

That's pretty much my whole case in a nutshell right now so any help would be great.

Edit: Also I'll eventually be getting another AMP for 2 subs so I'm also trying to keep my system upgradable.

200 per pair of speakers, Up to 300 for Speaker amp, Up to 300 for an Sub amp, Up to 300 for subs/enclosure, Deck? Not sure yet since I really don't know enough about it.

However, those speakers should cost me 80 dollars each from bestbuy with employee discount, then the deck I can also get a discount on so if you can find things from bestbuy that'd rock. I'm mostly worrying about that first since I don't think the subs or amps will be that great from BestBuy but if you can find ones that are good there then link me! I thought this would be good to power the speakers Power Acoustik - 1600W Class AB Bridgeable 4-Channel MOSFET Amplifier since it gives 100 RMS to each channel and it's only 160 but with a discount I'm looking at maybe 80 dollars but I dunno.

Anyway that's my budget and situation!

There's nothing @ best buy worth a ****

even with a discount i wouldn't really buy anything.

maybe a hu..

This would work

i think they have this unit @ best buy.

just a hair over 300 for sub/sub amp

still need sound deadening, wiring for big 3, and a custom box

find a local box builder and get an estimate for a box

This is just something simple i whipped up. you can possibly get better stuff for the price if u shop around and buy used.

Factory replacement info:
In-dash stereo

8 17/32" depth; Size code DD,E ; Non-standard dash opening (special integration package required)

Front speakers

Front Door: 6x9"

Rear speakers

Rear Deck: 6x9"
This is from Crutchfield. If anyone knows whether 6x9 speakers actually fit in an 07 Sebring please let me know! I plan on buying one first to make sure they fit in the front door and Rear Deck before buying the second one. Because of this, it seems like the best way to go is 6x9 since those are generally the biggest wattage speakers (From what I know about cars which is probably wrong since I'm a complete newbie so feel free to correct me).

Also, if you guys don't mind, if you can find the speakers at bestbuy that'd be great. Bestbuy still does have some Kenwood, JVC, and Alpine and other good brands just the price is higher. Since I can use an employee discount though the price comes out to be a lot lower than if I buy these from somewhere else.

Aren't the speakers that I put from Infinity the same specs? What would be the difference between the two speakers? Would it be that much?

For the most part though I'm focusing on Speakers and the HU (and the speaker amp but I won't be buying that now but I do want to know what I need) for right now since that's what I'll have money to buy and install for now and then when I go back to school and get some money I'll work on the subs and amps.

From my small knowledge the, each link posted here so far I could find a similar product specced at BestBuy which, after I take 50% off, would be cheaper than what was linked, so unless the quality will be utterly terrible (at least lemme know the difference if possible), try and link BestBuy stuff. Oh, I also don't like to buy things off Ebay (I don't trust buying things from auctions), but if it's a reputable person I may consider it but like I said, I'd rather stick with BestBuy as that's where I get the cheapest prices right now.
