I been looking to get an audio system for some time and I finally have some money to take the plunge.
I have the 07 Chrysler Sebring, and I'm pretty sure that I should first get speakers if I'm looking to upgrade. I have picked out these,

Although I may get these: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_107DB5251/Polk-Audio-db5251.html?tp=106&tab=features_and_specs
if I can't get the infinity ones at the price I want. What I want to know though is how easy will it be to install these speakers and if I'm looking at a deck to power them what features should I be looking for? Decks seem to cost a lot yet I don't use bluetooth, or anything like that. The only thing I want to use my deck for is to feed my speakers music from my ipod and to be able to use my steering controls.
The deck I'm looking at is:http://www.bestbuy.com/site/JVC+-+50W+x+4+MOSFET+In-Dash+CD+Deck+with+Detachable+Faceplate/9205086.p?id=1218057761867&skuId=9205086
but it has low RMS to the speakers. Does that matter if I'm also getting an amp? What deck would any of you recommend given my situation and lack of need of most features I usually see? I also can't tell the difference between many of these decks. Also, if I do get an amp, do I include my receiver RMS when I'm calculating how much RMS each speaker is getting?
What amp should I be looking at given that my speakers are about 100 RMS peak? I thought of the BAMF-1600/4 or the http://www.crutchfield.com/p_777M4100/Sound-Ordnance-M-4100.html?tp=115. The bamf seems to give more RMS which is better since I read that I want to give it some headroom so my amp isn't working so hard.
That's pretty much my whole case in a nutshell right now so any help would be great.
Edit: Also I'll eventually be getting another AMP for 2 subs so I'm also trying to keep my system upgradable.
