I'm looking for an amp in the $100 price range...nothing more than $120

To power a set of Rainbow SLC265 (just 1 set for the front stage)

Nominal = 100W @ 4ohm

Peak = 150W @ 4ohm

I was searching and found this MA Audio M289i which does 100w@4

Question is, what do I look for or what is recommended? Does anyone know of any other amps which are inbetween 100~150W@4ohms for my price range?

Can I run the speakers daily at 150W without risking them blowing?

At the moment I'm searching for a 2 Channel amp which does 400w or can I get up to 600w which runs RMS 150W@4ohms.

There are actually quite a few in your price range it just depends on what brand you want. Look through the two channel amplifiers on onlinecarstereo and sonix electronix and you will get a better idea of what’s out there. I am personally not a fan of MA but many others on this site use them. You would be fine with 150rms, just be sure to set your gains appropriately and be sure to take the time to install them nicely.

You might be able to get something a little better if you get one used, check the classifieds.
