I'd do a new enclosure 1st if you already got 2k to work with... what's the net volume/tuning/port area on your current enclosure?

If you want i'll do one for ya... then learn how to use Torres, a modeling program like Winisd or something similar and pick the design apart. Once you know what to look for the whole thing makes sense.
