Those utopias are far too expensive, they are very nice but for the money I could find much better.

How is that bashing? I am giving my opinion on some speakers you are trying to plug, he is looking for information on speakers so I am providing it. I am sure my Hybrid L6s would outperform Utopia comps easily.

actually i was answering another thread same time this one was open, and not actually meant on this one... but to answer you, the hybrid l6's dont even come close.. even scotte would be hard pressed to think so.

HAH! Think what you want, I think you should come off high horse about Focal, Focal is not tog dog in the SQ game anymore, but I can say for a fact from being in many iasca meca, and usaci sq cars, Hybrid trumps all speaker brands that I have heard, including Focal.

Rainbow Reference components. The only mainstream comp set, that I know of, that makes the utopia's seem budget. I actually don't like focal's, mids are lacking and tweeters are bright. In house in a proper enclosure focal's are great in a car with diffraction and your doors as an enclosure, I'll pass.

To the comment of HAT not being able to compete with focal, You are some what right you just reversed it. Focal can't keep up with HAT
