lookin at new subs, but RF or Alpine?

Im planning on upgrading to 2 12"s, and putting them in a ported box. Ive got a grand prix with a decent size trunk. I am really stuck on this one. I hear a lot of good things about the type r, and i just read a few threads on T1s from RF, and some people say they would take a T1 over a type r. so im guessing a lot of it is install, and what you like. I personally want the loudest one. So going for SPL all the way, and in a ported box that im going to build specifically for the subs i buy, would u say RF T1 or alpine type r? also ne info on these subs would help.

Also note that on ebay a pair of type r's are $280, and a pair of T1s are $385.

I would say these subs are so close in perfomance, I would go with the cheaper of the two.....type R.

Get the R's in a TCAB Box with 1000 watts RMS to each and see whats up then
