plus its the first shipment of my

subwoofer week which should include 2 more deliveries

for a total of 7 different woofers this week!!!

well... 4 of them are 8" funky pups...

once i hook it up ill have more to say...

i thought this was the niftiest looking subwoofer

when i saw it in a post your box thread... i thought

the carbon fiber looked like tweed or something

in the picture... i just had to have one... now i do!!!

Sealed, no ported boxes for the flat cone eD O series. I'd say 1.5 cubes NET would do it well! peace

i dont have the 12O series, but i do have two e12k.44 flat cones. i actually liked the SQ of them better than my XXX. i still have them, and i do have plans for them in the future.

P.S. listen to the man above. do not port them. mmmmm i can only imagine what that O will sound like.

its gonna be ported today at least... havent

got a sealed box built and all ive got laying

around would net me like .75^3 sealed...

its snowing like crazy here and i dont getting

too involved with home depot and car audio

Just designed that way...according to Ben over at eD, it'll work ported, just sound like poo.

And I still love the way my 12a is playing //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I'll never get rid of that thing...if I ever get something else in the van, it'll go to HT duty.

Like he says, ported will work but you won't like how it sounds. 1.5ft^3 sealed is the way to go. I've heard they sound awesome and go very low.

I also agree about the 12a. Just an awesome speaker.

im pretty excited to try this little beast out though...

i just love the way it looks... the four spoke basket...

the carbon fiber... the flat cone... the speaker wire

terminals are all nifty and spring loaded... no more
