It's not settling on Mags, the Mags should have better SQ and be just as loud, if not louder.

If someone WANTS a XXX and cant find one, their next best choice would be SETTLING. Even if his second choice was your precious Mag.

Let's not forget that the XXX was a boner in it's day as well. The boner was just wearing off when I joined up here. However, I haven't heard either woofer, so I can't judge either way.

Who is forgetting? If/when that old xxx boner spurs someone to make a generalized statement, Id say the same thing.
New boner versus old. New boner is seen as superior in every way, even though people cannot explain why. It just is!
