Just because you got a bad alt twice doesn't mean everyone will. $hit happens. i've bought 2 diff computer motherboards that arrived doa from bnib direct from newegg. sent them back only to recieve doa again on them next time i sent them back they worked. does that mean abit and asus make $hitty motherboards? no it means i happen to get a couple bad ones. when lots of people get bad alts then maybe is company related. when only a couple get them. I'd say human error is allowed that.

oh really thats why he's been posting in every alternator thread that excessive amperage sucks and not to buy them. Personal opinon is one thing but you don't have to shove it down everyones throat.

It's his right as a consumer. He is doing his part to ensure that others do not have the same bad experience. If you feel that he is that big of a annoiance you can choose to ignore him via your user control panel.

well i put it in today. no amp meter but i couldnt wait any longer. went from 13.8v to 14.5. Now all i have to do is adjust my idle screw a little so it kicks on at idle and i'm set
