the sq is awesome from these things, be it little box, big box, ported or sealed, they just simple pound and sound sweet doing it. you will not be disappointed with this 8" sub. not only that, but dealing with mike(soundsplinter, hisself) is one of, if not the best, dealings with a person one could have. his customer service/courtesy is second to none.
and yeah, they can get loud!
