Not the best pics (cell phone) but i will get some with a camera tomorrow...i took these when i got home and checked them out for the first time. My dad sprayed em while i was at work.

Looks great. especially for a first time. I have always wanted to try out some FG work
thanks...i definitely did my research on FG before i started....these things have took my NUMEROUS weeks to finish...was just a summer project i decided to do while i was rounding up the bits and pieces for my system. Hopefully can get some more practice on FG and maybe make a lil $$ on the side from it.

Looks pretty good to me too. I've tried fiberglassing before with bad results, but I'm going to look into it again in the near future.

Just one question. Did you consider wrapping your door panels, or were you shooting for glossy paint all along?

well its not as glossy now....the pics were taken when the paint was still wet....and no i never liked the look of wrapped panels in a mini truck...always had planned on paint but not wat color...figured gloss black as my truck gonna be black too.

if i knew wtf i was doing, id do something like that in my explorer. looks gangsta!
its no where near as hard as people make it out to be.....just takes ALOT of time and patience...also alot of peps complain of the fiberglass dust being REALLY itchy and stuff...i had NO problem and only used gloves when i resined and wore shorts and short sleeve shirt...**** mosquitos itched like hell tho.

thanks...im really surprised how well they turned out for my first time EVER messing with FG or bondo....of course theres lil imperfections here in there since im not a auto body expert but for a 17 yr old i dont think i did bad at all.
