Long Shot?

5ft3 net with 2 x 6" aeros factory length (PSP) should be around 38- 39hz off the top of my head , order or make you a second set of tubes and start around 10.5 total length with flares which is around 47hz and test for usaci style meter( in the kick ) in a 4 door blazer

but the org i compete in, its a average of the kick, dash, and seat. i cant just be loud in the floor, thats why im not going to go that high in tuning. and for that much power on this 15, wouldnt that enclosure be kind of big for 3-4k?

Then I would start at 38-39hz and test with shorter tubes and try to find a sweet spot between all 3 locations if possible , and i'm not going to flat out recommend anyone do what you are doing because it's not normal use to give one subwoofer 4kw , but to acheive what you are asking to avg. 150 across 3 different meter locations on music I personally would start at 5ft3 net as a starting point

i mean after rise and voltage drop its not going to be seeing that amount of power very often, also the org is a comp on music so its dynamic. i want to be loud as i can i guess. if i could achieve a 150db in the kick i would be happy, even if it were a burp(though i dont want a burp box). im not worried about doing a 150 in all 3 spots i know that would be asking WAY to much from this sub.

I would start 5.5 cubes and work my way down you will need some testing here I would tune 34hz and try and get loud sealed and at the head if you can get 2 out of the 3 that's a good start.

ok, so 5.5 cubes isn't to big for the amount of power im trying to throw at 1 15"? also id like to use aeros, so how many sq-inches of port would think it would need?

Its a starting point more than a set in stone that's what it needs to be no one can or will be able to say heres thw design this is it best you will get right off the bat I prefer to start large and shrink box and play with tuning to get to where you need to be its a process but since you want to compete yet daily play we have to find that happy medium.
