Thats honestly not a bad idea, keeps someone else from getting an item you want. Most people on here are have issues money wise at the moment, (who aint //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif ) but still lets them what they want. But, I agree it should be between the buyer and seller as an option.

Only issue with that is, most people are selling something because they need the money right now, if not for another purchase, something else that came up, so its not always a option for them.

IT WOULD GO LIKE THIS

1. 25% INITIAL PAYMENT, BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS UNTIL PAID OFF

2. CANCELLATION- MISS A PAYMENT HAVE 3 DAYS TO CONTACT SELLER ABOUT PAYMENT

3. Seller has the right to give u an extended payment or reimburse and repost there product.If seller agrees and buyer fails to pay within the agreed time seller keeps money and buyer will only receive 12.5% for prolonging a sale .Seller can then sell for remaining balance owed.

4. If 50% IS PUT DOWN AS A INITIAL PAYMENT THERE IS LITTLE BACKING OUT BUT SELLER WILL HAVE TO GIVE A MONTHS TIME FOR PAYMENT TO BE MADE.AT THE TIME IF BUYER TERMINATES THE DEAL 25% REIMBURSEMENT OR SELLER CAN LOWER YOUR PAYMENTS BUT U WILL HAVE TO BUY.

true but wouldnt you rather have something than nothing atleast if u get partial money it want be as big as of burden on u.but again between seller and buyer

This is basically a free pass for scammer's to keep money coming in. There are very few people on here I would give weekly payment's to for a item not in my possession. I don't picture many seller's sending out a item on a payment plan either. There is just no protection at all for anyone. The only way I would do it is half now and half within the next 2 week's.

i guess i didnt look at that that way but thats why im saying a item like 500 and over then its extrotion cuz i think the law is 300 n over.who wants a felony on something as simple as car audio a retard cuz the cant work to many places.
