Yes no pyramid or nothing like that at all. I have talked with them, this morning. They were aware of all the problems, as they have experienced it first hand dealing with RD as it was.... They liked the products and bought the whole company.

Due to brand reputation, it would have served them much better to reproduce their own versions of the same products and start a new brand. Cannot believe someone would pay for that name.
