I know. I talked to Soul about 3 weeks ago about it.

Again, Steve has told me the faulty parts will be non-existant in the new batch. As well, the ones he has recieved have been tested and are fine. Hopefully this ends up all ok.

But who knows. At the most, I'm out $350. Life could be worse.

Understandable world finals was an upset and a waste of time for most.
I guess I just find that to be a very cocky statement and until it is backed up... well it doesnt mean much to me. Hope you understand, that statement... coming from any company, is something I feel needs to be proven before being said. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt and just hope it is proven in time.

I agree very much....but then again you didn't answer any of my questions I asked so in my mind your talk is cheap as well.....on the other hand people always know what I say and I will always be held to it, but in the end I always prove it......

I wish everyone that came on the forums had to do the same......people can hide behind there computer screen and call me everything under the sun....yet I'm still here still doing my thing.....I own a company.....we have a location, email, website, phone number, etc..... I can be found...so yes talk is cheap....but why wouldn't I stand behind what I say? I always have.....Plus I think we are the longest "net" company still in existence. We must be doing something right…

Twas a shit storm. I thank Matt an everyone else for easing the RD pain, as well as entertaining me through an otherwise boring Thanksgiving. I appreciate this thread for staying open, as all the ones on the other site have been locked. I still hope for the parties involved, things get straightened out. But I'll say it again, as long as people continue to buy, they will be subject to this. As long as there is demand and a 1 man show with CS issues, threads like this will exist. The issue with the amps just brought everything else to light. I still don't understand the need of a cheaper built 3200 watt amp if the D5 does around the same power. I have my suspicions and I do think it was a decent approach, but we see the outcome.

Not sure if it was said over here, but EVERYONE with those faulty amps should return them so they can be inspected by the build house guy when he flies in. So far only 30 or so have been returned.

This has been a long time coming, ever since he asked which grade of Neo was being used, and which coating was in use as well or some crap like that, its in the Warden thread if anyone cares enough to look.

sad to say that it did end in disapointment, as i was expecting more than an i quit in the first round.
