Ports are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too close to that side wall. You need a MINIMUM of the port diameter clearance between the port end and the wall.

I agree with clif, those should have been external. Fire the subs forward, ports to the passenger side. That would probably produce the best SPL scores.

Also, how much airspace is in that box after port and sub displacement? Looks like there would only be 2 cubes left.

If you can give me the dimensions of the box, and the port length, I can double check your numbers.

Alright, Tommy helped me make sure I had my dim. for my new box right. Luckly I have a box laying around from a while back that never got put together. So I can use the pieces from it, and 4 of them are already cut to the right size. Maybe my bad luck or horrible crafstmanship is ending.

Anyways new box.... 5.16 cubes w/ 4 4" external aeros, subs firing foward. Going to begin tomorrow.

Well got some good progress going today. Pretty much just looks like the last one, but heres some pics if you wish to see anyways.

Put some wood finish stuff I found around the house on the inside. Seemed to make it a little smoother. Got the ports cut, tuning to 40hz.
