LMS Ultra...what do we know about it

I remember when you could get a LMS 5400 for around 625 shipped BRAND NEW form the factory..... *tear*

Ok, I didn't mean that sound quality can't be measured to a degree, obviously it can, but once you get those subs that are up there like the UL12, the LMS Ultra, the RE XXX, the Aura and the SI Mag V4, you get to a point where it almost becomes a preference for one sound versus another rather than one which measures a lot better because they measure so close to each other anyway.
And yes, they are ridiculously overpriced, even $800 was somewhat high IMO, but for $2k it is just stupid.

i personally thought the v3 didn't sound too great at all.

to stay on topic, snoopdan love the LMS and everything else TC made.
