LMS-R vs Ascendant audio havoc 12"

I'm looking for Amazing SQ combined with great lows. Listen to hip hop/rap. Will be porting. The LMS-R is 1000 RMS, the havoc is 1250 RMS. Ill be feeding either with 1200 rms. Which should I go with? Iv'e had an older older version IDmaxv3 and old version icon in the past and neither of those was really loud enough so I'd need a little more UMPH, would either of these be an upgrade?

Definitely the Havoc, one of the best sounding and hardest hitting subs I've heard.

For SQ LMS-R simply no way around that with these two options.
