i mean two guys, in different states, who have bankrupted businesses before, who claim to also sell ipods and 360 (but conveniently have nothing in stock to actually sell)...

these two guys are getting 10% of the initial shipment of US bound PS3's?

and they have been a member of the BBB for what 3 weeks?!

And sony says they arent a distributer?

Yeah I am with you on that. Matt gets an attitude when you ask for any information and thinks it's an insult. He acts like he isn't going to make any money off of this and we have no right to ask what is the status. I personally have 11 grand that I can't touch tied up, waiting to know if I will be getting ps3's or not and I can't even ask about the status?

that really sucks... i'm always extremely cautious about stuff like that, even buying audio gear off here for a few hundred from people with excellent feedback made me a bit nervous. if i ever got ripped off for 10k+ like i think is about to happen to him, i'd kill the the son of a ***** if i ever found him. slowly.
