pretty good preout voltage

built in 3way xover so you can go active from the deck

Im about to switch out my 9813 to a D310 tho. Hopefully I'll be getting a h701 too.

I know this is not the place for this post but I just though since these were just listed I though I would share thisjust to add to this thread. I have a CDA-9835 sitting in my closet along with the PXA-H600 proc. If any is interested let me know as I would rather have someone using it then it just collecting dust!

what kind of perticulars would you like to know. (Price$$)-Make an offer , (location)-read the above posts , It is used but in good condition with no scratches but the knob is a little faded. Bought it new 3 years ago when they first came out and paid around $699 plus tax and used it for a short time in a demo vehicle of mine. THe vehicle was sold later and the equipment was taken out and put in a closet. If you have more question let me know!

If you're pairing it with the processor, then I'm afraid I cant give a decent offer as I was only planning on the 9835 alone. I'd offer US$250 on your 9835 if you're willing to part with it separately. Thanks!

I have a spare 9835 being shipped in that will be up for sale. Bought it in case I was scammed on the first one and am in a time crunch to finish the car, but it arrived Mint as promised. The second is described as near mint with no fading on the buttons etc... Can post pics when it arrives and is tested in full.

Had an F1 transport, 4v outs, and active crossovers. It preceded the the 98**'s Great sq just hard to come by.

OH and while im here. . . . why is the 9835 so much more superior than the 9855? what advantages does it have beside not having glidetouch?

The 9835 had

- a much better internal amp "not that that matters"

- no glide touch which I cannot stand

- from others account the 9835 had a true 4v preout, the 9855 did not measure up and when people swapped they had to reset all there gains as the 55 just did not have the guts

- I "heard" they changed the faceplate motor design with the 55 and if I recall correctly, there were a lot of out of box deaths and quick deaths

I could be wrong on some things but that is what I remember.
