Good thread, but it prompts me to ask which unit I should use. I have a 7909 that was rebuilt by Pyramid audio (No, not the cheap brand of electronics Pyramid. Pyramid-Audio stereo repair, in Texas.). New descreet components, heavier jumper wire between boards, and a new laser pick up. I was told that these mods would increase singnal to noise by 5-10%. I'm not making those claims, the technician did. But, it is refurbished and fully functional. I also have the 5959 changer to go with it.
Now...should I use it, or the IVA-W200? I believe this unit will interface with the PXA-H701 to add 31 band EQ, and 4V output. Thoughts??
