I have been looking for -5db for a while, now. I've searched high n low the closest ive got was a 5 minute sweep at -3db. Had to ff to 4:30 lol.

I've even tried a few android apps. Haven't found one that lets you adjust db level..im probably missing something, though.

Audacity is the way if you know how.
