How do i install a line out converter ..

ur stoopid. follow the directions

tap + , - from one of ur rear speakers, put into loc, and pow.

Okay. I couldnt find the wire colors for your 2000. But here they are for 2001. They should be the same.

Front Left: Orange/Lt Green (+) Blue/White (-)

Front Right: White/Green (+) Green/Orange (-)

Rear Left: Grey/Blue (+) Tan/Yellow (-)

Rear Right: Orange/Red (+) Brown/pink (-)

Constant 12v+ Green/Yellow

Switched 12v+ Yellow/Black

Ground Black/Green

I'll try and find pictures that I took of how to install a LOC. Give me another min.

****it. I knew I shouldnt of trusted imageshack for long term images.

Oh well, my detailed images are gone. But here is a similar one with similar arrows pointing towards the various bits.

RED arrow is pointing towards the speaker outputs from the factory amp going into LOC

YELLOW arrow is pointing at the wires that come out of the aftermarket amp and connect to factory speaker wires.

GREEN is pointing towards the RCAs that connect to your amp.

It seems like it at first, once you figure it out you fly through it. If you want. I can retake my pics tomorrow and describe what I did in more detail.

ok i take the harness from the factory amp and splice em and extend them the LOC

Yep, thats pretty much it. If I remember correctly, there are a few wires you dont need to cut. So dont just cut every wire in half.
