lincoln ls install, the begining

here are some pics of my new install.

the H/U is a pioneer avh 5700, with navi unit.

the final install will consist of all this.

PG x200.4 bridged for the front comp set

PG x1200.1 powerring the subs

PG ti elite 6 inch comp set (front stage)

PG eq232 with Tbat line balancer

PG Tba1 (line balancer for sub duty)

PG rsd 10's (3 of them sealed box)

kinetik HC 1800 battery (the main batt in the lincoln is in the rear already)

stinger hyper rca's

stinger speaker wires

stinger power cables

stinger power distrabution

dynamat extreme sound deadner in all the doors and the trunk

and here are the pics

the headunit

the navigation unit (in the stock cd changer spot in the glove box, pretty neat idea if i say so my self)

and i custome painted the ti elite crossover white to match the car color (PG logo's to go on it soon) also the box and gear mounted in the wheel wells will be paneled off to make it look like it is built into the trunk walls appearing as stock as possible

the wheel well on the other side will house the eq 323 (30 band eq per channel) also panled off

sad thing is i have had the ls for about a year put only 1000 miles on it and now starting to do something with it.

Driving the LS is pure bliss, handles great, great acceleration, and all the little options on it are the icing on the cake.

i just sold my daily driver for a mustang that will be garged so the LS has moved on to daily driver status, ive been driving for about 3 weeks daily now and i never thought this car was so much fun to drive.

i always had big plans for this stereo set up and they are finally on there way to getting done, hopefully in a month it will be done.

this weeken im putting the subs in and mounting the amps, next week hipefull get to install the front stage mids and tweets and the EQ232 and tidy it up a bit then the weekend after that panel it off and then done

should sound nice and loud pure sq install not going for a spl here at all, but i have a feeling the 3 rsd 10's will get loud, and clean while doing it

the focus was a good car really had the 4 door 2 kicker 7l 15's with 2 pg xenon 1200.1's powerring them in a 9.5cf box, it was loud to say the least, but spl wa a phase now its time for some serious sound quality install in a daily driver

Holy ******** hell, how did you fit a box that big back there? I have a 2006 Focus st and my 3.50cft box fits in their with some room, but mang a 9.5cft is crazyness!
