My final recommendation without knowing your vehicle(note i only recommend stuff ive seen in person or used, so there are many more options):

Pair of 2 12s on 2000 watts+:

Woofer: Fi BL 12, DC Level 4 12 OR DAD BD 12

Sub Amp: AQ2200D, DC 2.0K, Memphis MOJO 2k, Sundown SAZ-2500D, Powerbass XTA 2250D

Speakers(depends on your vehicle mainly): Powerbass 3xl series all around

Speaker Amp: Powerbass 400.4x

Wire: KNU Kollossus 1/0 AWG (how much is dependant on vehicle)

The box should be built to what you want, consult a box builder

Electrical: XS Power D3100 or D2400 + BIG 3(although you can get away without it).

With missing info, this can be tweaked, but you can google the products for more info on them

These are very rough estimates, as i have to manually ask for quotes on a lot of the stuff i mentioned.

Loudest daily (eg: NOT FOR CONTESTS) system around here runs 2 DC Level 4 12s on a memphis 2k. Figure $360 for each woofer + $500(roughly). Now we're @ roughly 1200.

So 1200 for your bass. Assuming your car has 2 6.5 speakers and 2 6.9s, that would be $205 for your door speakers. The PB 400.4x is about $125

So 1530 for all speakers and amplifiers. Not bad so far. Time for electrical.

Let's say 25ft of KNU 1/0 gauge. @ 3.95 a foot would net $100 in wire. But you also need some 8 gauge for your powerbass amp. Let's assume $25 will handle you (it should).

1655 handles most of your wire (we can use your cars speaker wiring to handle the speakers, so thats $0.00). All you need now is a box and battery.

Let's pick a D2400 for cost saving sake. This is $1955. All you need now is a box. You can safely assume $250 max shipped. So $2200. This isnt exact and can easily change as my price estimates are well..... estimates.

You'll be under budget and be loud as fsck. If you are still with me, i can go through the options i selected for the ones i can get concrete prices for, as well.
