He was pretty stupid to throw it from the bus. It wouldn't have been hard to hide it on a tour bus. If he had kept it unloaded in a locked container it would have been easier to argue that the possesion was legal under the interstate trasport law - FOPA. Called the "safetravel" law.

Most of the tour buses have hidden safes or it's easy to install one.

Yeah, Back in 2008 when he was HOT and BIG he should've just kept doing thing in rap but then he started to sing and go to rock. He used to be the best rapper alive but now he just is wack to me.

Wayne will have to do that year no question about that. Hell plaxico got 2yrs for Cheddar bobing himself in a manhattan club with a illegal hand gun. NYC is strict on illegal had guns. I guess now he wished he didn't stay strapped.
