Its not the fact that it is more important its just the fact that he has the skills and talent to be able to stay in a dieing game....which 95% of these rappers out just cant do....I will always admire people like Nas and Lupe and other lyricist for there effort but you cant hate on wayne for being able to stay in the game for 13+ years and still be able to sell millions....That requires some type of talent that others cant produce...

Edit: Also who can you say has a bigger music selection out, thats bigger than wayne...nobody..he has more mixtapes and cds out than most rappers probably have thought could be possible...his work ethic is on top....

If his work ethic was on top his music wouldnt have fallen off.

And like i said styles P puts more mixtapes than wayne.

I was watching an interview with him on youtube. He said he made 6 or 7 mixtapes in 08 and will probably do more in 09. And he just puts them online for people to download. Hes not after money.

little wayne sucks , imo.

he has ran rap music into the ground. and to think that him and his fans thinks his current music? sounds great is mind boggling. ive heard radio DJ's saying 'no one has single handedly destroyed rap as bad as he did'. srsly.

all he has going for him is good beats , that are now turning decent at best.

i dont care if he has money. he has no talent. i will say that i guess he knows what will sell and get him money , but his music is still garbage. he does not impress me , his voice is annoying as shit , and why the **** does he think he can sing rock? just leave rap alone , and go **** yourself.

in the rap/hip hop industry...I know there are bands and people who have tons more music made than wayne but I was speaking in rap/hip-hop industry. Styles P may have made more mixtapes than wayne...that I wouldnt know since I stoped listening to him back in 03....I may hear a track with him on it every now and then though...but even if he does have a bigger library of tracks wayne has to be top 3 in music productivity....

a career to feed you and your family is based on money. If you like clean up after ppl, would you make a career out of being a janitor just because that what you like? or would you try to get a career that will pay you enough to live comfortable? exactly!!! Mos def is an actor too, so he is getting his paper nomatter what. He is not selling out MSG though. But lyric wise, mos def is a MONSTER!!! but he dont make the catchy songs that are in right now! so he wont get the recognition

asfar as eminem. He is deciding to make these weird songs. he is paid out his mind!!! But let some dumb rapper test him!! he will shred them to pieces. when it comes to lyrics. em is top 5 hands down!!!!

well like I said before...many people dont like his music...I for one did at a certain time but I feel like hes getting ready to die(drugs and music wise). He may not appeal to alot of you guys, but he does appeal to millions of other people around the world so if I was lil wayne I could care less cuz he has most of the people that listen to rap in the palm of his hand....
