I have a light scribe burner and it's ok. Monochrome FTL. It takes about 20 min to burn a lightscribe image too. Ill post a pic of a CD i burnt...

i was goin to get a dvd burner with lightscribe but the discs for it were 25 for $30..and i could get a 50 of non lightscribe for 20 so i decided against it
