especially for that gay surround that takes away from cone area.

Surrround contributes to non linear displacement...for SPL non linear displacement is fine as long as its displacement. 33% of al surrounds also contributes to SD which, multiplied by Xmax, is linear diplacement.

Granted cone is better than rubber for displacing air, but when you move as much as thoes subs in the vid that doenst really matter does it?
