ive owned the 04 12" strike (the one with the big magnet and bucket like basket) and ive also owned the newer 12" type R. and I like the Lightning Audio better. Now I have the X1 15" storm and that son a ***** really moves more than 3" p2p on bass I love you. plenty people talk smack and dont bother with lightning audio, and then some dude with a punch P1 or kicker comp shows up and everyones like nice???

Beat me to it. Bottom line, a lot of companies have some fairly good equipment and some entry-level crap. Unfortunately, with companies like LA, you come in contact with the crap (Wally world stuff, fast & furious "bass packs", etc) more often than you do with the good stuff.

It looks like they're closing out on the 10's and 15's.
