Lightning Audio S4.1000d

I can't say for the newer stuff, but I have a older s2.250 model that does rated. It's very solid for a budget amp. It's also not rated at 2ohm, but I've run it at mid gains at 2ohm and it takes a good while to get warm.

The new ones seem pretty solid, Cant be any worse then the "punch" line of amps and those do well.

Same with the Cadence TXA-1000d amps, The internals look like wft this can do 1k? But it does I know I have 2 of them lol

I'll buy it and try it out and post a small review for it.

IF anyone has the new S4.1000d from Lightning Audio and is not opposed to playing doctor and opening that bish up. Post some amp p0rn shots of the guts!

Thanks for the feedback guy's

i usto run one of those 1000.d amps with two of there 12" VC2 subs running at one ohm and the amp never really got hot, if it did it took awhile. its a good amp for the money just make sure to run 0 gauge wire or it wont be happy.

Good to know, I'll be powering 4 E8's with one. I have good electrical so no worries there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
