Can you solve it?
This goes into a very different realm of working out. So many variables. If I were to compare it to car audio it would be like saying....I have sub X and amp X how many dbs am I gonna hit. That isn't exactly true.. I mainly strength train and I am not always sore the next day.. If I do a lot more reps than normal I will be sore somewhat the next day.. But my strength still increases even though I am not always sore..
I hate to say it, but Platestacker may be able to give a better explanation.
Pain tolerance, level of fitness, routine you are running all play factors. For me, I almost never get sore, I switch routines every 6 weeks and really the only time I hurt is when I have come close to pulling/straining a muscle.
Proper diet, water intake, rest....all help to cut back on how sore you are.
I'm interested in platestacker and tapouts opinion on this. I think plate has gotten a bad rap because he lashes out, but he is knowledgable. Tapout, is a beast and its obvious that he is doing something correctly //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
