Lifters...any one ever use MuscleTech, new suppliments

Trash....dont waste your money on MT stuff. I was stupid enought to be bought into there marketing scheme a year ago and tried bunch of MT products...and let me tell you...it is not worth the money. I did gain about 5 lbs, but considering I spent around $150 on the products...not worth it. If you want to stay natural...meaning no steriods or prohormones...than here are couple of products for you:

Sizeon - Creatine

San Turbo V12 - Creatine

Glutamine Pills

Animal Pak Vitamins

Muscle Milk - Protein

You only have to get one of the creatine product, but it is rec to get the other three support supplements. With a exercise plan, and a high calorie/high protein diet you will again around 10lbs after you are done with this cycle.

I hear you on buying in to the MT name , but this isnt a creatine / protein marketing mark like celltech/nitro tech ( from what I hear .. It is supposed to give excellent results in a fwe months alot quicker than almost anything else out there right now.. Luekic / Gakic And Crekic combo i believe is $80 if you but it all together , so i was thinking after one cycle i might try it out heres what i have right now

Whey potein

muscle milk ( which is the sh*t , but spendy )

tribex

Nitrix

animal pak ( another good buy )

nitrix...

So its pretty descent i just need a good pre workout (Gakic ) and a good muscle developer/recovery ( leukic)

But i dont know if the leukic is basically a tribex with the MT label

What is your opinions on n.o. xplode i love it and it gives me so much energy and focus. Even if i am not working out and i just take a scoop it still effects my focus in whatever i am doing. I take that and protein. Glutaumine is good, i dont take a pill though.

I say n.o. xplode or some kind of caffeine energy mix is a must while working out.

nitrix is basically a pill form of N O xplode i believe... and the Gakic is also a immediate pre workout boost

So much **** stuff to look at and buy.. My bank account is gonna be at zero pretty quick, especially if i get hooked on Gakic/leukic

what about a high protein/fat diet?

o for sure, if you are really serious i mean it is costly, that is a benifit at working at a gym though.

You dont have to answer this but, does that nitrix pill, or has that nitrix pill, ever given you (you as in anyone who reads this not just the previous poster) acne on your chest or even face. It did to my friend and that is why i dont mess with pills.

Also the "indegestion" problems that come along with n.o. xplode ****. I go to the bathroom more frequently (I am just being honest) which is a negative aspect to taking it.

Sometimes, when i am too lazy to take protein shakes i just go to subway and eat a meatball sandwhich. Foot long is close to 50 G protein plus the chips. I have hard time gaining weight so the calories dont effect me really) I have a fast metabolism.

I quit taking anything but whey protein years ago.

It seems everything else has a negative effect on my body's digestive system ('rhea).

As far as muscletech as a company, I don't like any of their products. I've tried a few, and all had negative effects. Water Weight FTL.

yea i feel you, i work witha guy that basically tries new stuff, adds water weight, and he gives it to me. He is wighing more than he would like and does not want anything to do with more wight. But i guess you can always sit in a sauna every day you go to the gym (if you have it). At lifetime we have wet steam room and dry sauna which i think are amazing.

I personally tried luekic....it was not worth the money. I spent $70 on that stuff and I actually regret buying it. My buddy is on a cycle of gakic and sizeon right now, his bench went up from 205 to 225 within a month, but again I do not think that it was the gakic that did that for him. Sizeon is a really good product, it is creatine based but its delivery system is alot better than most other creatine based products out there. Also, if you get the luekic or gakic...get the pill form...the powder taste really bad. Probably one of the worst tasting supplement I've tried.

Soler....a high protein/high fat diet is not bad either, but its all depend on what are your goals?. Are you trying to get gain weight or lean weight?. Also are you lifting for strenght, endurance or muscle mass?.

Generally the best way is to gain as much weight as you can...meaning eating alot of calories..mainly from protein, complex carbs, and healthy fat. At the same time, have a good work out plan. Try spending atleast 3 times a week at the gym, and about 2 hours each time. You generally do heavy weight between 6-8 reps for 3-4 sets. Do this until you reach your goal, than you can cut up and start doing cardio while changing to a healthier diet.

I am in the Corps...so 90% of the fitness we do is cross training. So in that case, your diet should be around this 60/20/20 ---- complex carbs/protein/healthy fat.
