Lifters...any one ever use MuscleTech, new suppliments

If you would read the thread instead of dumping in it, you would know im just getting into it again after a few years, and had a simple question that aparently gave you another oppritunity to make another smart ass comment

Your getting some descent advice and some poor advice throughout the thread.
If your just looking to get a little bigger all you need are the basics. Whey, Creatine, Multi's, Fish Oil. With these you'll be fine. Looking for a little edge throw in a natural test booster like Diesel Test or an NO product like NO-Xplode.

If your looking to cut up and lean out try a stack of Ephedrine and Caffeine with the basics listed above.

Follow these lines for a few years then move into stronger products like prohormones.
Yea im looking to put a few inches on the chest and arms , get the shoulders and back looking good as well, and i want to do it in a hurry .. Im in the gym for about an hour a day working on 1-2 body parts just to get my muscles used to being pushed again, so i am going a lil easy now... And all i plan on taking at the moment or at least for a few more weeks is a multi, fish oil, and protein, with a descent creatine .. And the only reaason i was asking about Gakic or NO xplode was for a good pre workout boost

i know this... i said i m just doing 2 weeks of getting back into the swing of it before i start going crazy on the suppliments and excessive on the protein... This is just getting my muscles used to working out again, so when i get on the stuff its not like im takin all this from not even touching a weight for 2 years... So yes i have a membership at golds gym and am there 5 days a week for about an hour

u need help.. I didnt lift ... im getting back into it.. I dont lift to get huge.. i lift to look good.. learn how to read and fukn put 2 and 2 together genious..I thought u might have been able to figure that out, but i guess not with that pea brain of yours... And wtf are u doing in another one of my threads making useless posts..... Sick of getting flamed in my other thread by half the forum??

not true! I do a lot of cross training and never lift at the gym but the supplements are essential

 
since were on the topic of lifting, my roommate said that if your not sore the next day you arent pushing yourself enough, is that true?
That isn't exactly true.. I mainly strength train and I am not always sore the next day.. If I do a lot more reps than normal I will be sore somewhat the next day.. But my strength still increases even though I am not always sore..

I hate to say it, but Platestacker may be able to give a better explanation.

 
thanks for the link, i did nt even think of ebay.. prices do look real good especially compared to gnc gold prices... what do you use as far as a creatine or post workout
Yeah really good prices from that site. As far as post workout, I drink protein shakes. Muscle milk is really popular and I have heard that it works well but I'm not going to pay that money. I go to http://www.puritan.com and get the protein powder from them. I just mix it with peanut butter. Its 14.99 for 2lbs. Can't beat that!
