If your just looking to get a little bigger all you need are the basics. Whey, Creatine, Multi's, Fish Oil. With these you'll be fine. Looking for a little edge throw in a natural test booster like Diesel Test or an NO product like NO-Xplode.
If your looking to cut up and lean out try a stack of Ephedrine and Caffeine with the basics listed above.
Follow these lines for a few years then move into stronger products like prohormones.
