License plate rattling really bad

What is the best way to reduce this? It makes a really loud rattling noise its crazy. I have a dynamat extreme speaker pannel kit that comes with two small square but I cant use that outside on the license plate can I?

Sure you can.. just put it on the back of the license plate and your lincse plate holder. Will help out alot.

lol i just took a sheet of styrofoam and did like 2 layers of it and screwed it in as tight as i could
