I purchase subs from this scammer last week, said item was shipped by husband, after work. No tracking number, has not replied by to emails or private messages, sent claim to paypal already. Lexani2002 claimed been busy, but has loggedin here several times since but has not bothered to reply to private messages. Not dealing with **** from ppl like this.

Hopefully paypal will refund back, if I do not I will get a subpeona to get lexani2002's ip address.

Update, after this was posted and paypal refund request was sent, lexani2002 sent a tracking number for an item shipped to Florida and shipping date was 4/4/07, way before I even paid for the subs.

I would 10 years ago, but now I am not going to risk getting arrested for stuff like this.

Although a road trip out to Nebraska might be nice, need a vacation..

Here is an update:

The a-hole has not sent the subs, no replies besides sending paypal a fake tracking number.

Just waiting for paypal to refund my money.

Update, 5/15/07: Paypal was able to recover only 95 cents. That is total BS. So now time to take legal action. People like this gives so many honest people a bad name.
