Legal hemroids?

I didnt really read this whole thread, but on of my best friends took supedrol a few months ago and he gained a few pounds and went from 320lb bench to a 360lb bench. While he made these hes now starting to develop some gynecomastia while it is very little who really knows whats going on in his body. With that being said if you want to get big you have to eat big, the best thing for lifting is to eat as much as you can, **** all that protein and creatine shit it doesnt work unless you have the diet to go with it. Everyone expects to take some pill or powder and make these massive gains with out changing their diet or working hard. Also the more you work the bigger muscle groups in your body (legs, chest, back, abs) the more testosterone your body will produce and use. thats just my .02 but good luck with whatever you do.
i have a good PCT set up to protect agains gyno, namely Nolva, so that doesnt worry me. and i have also changed my diet. i am eating as much as i freaking can, and making sure its all high protein.

shrunken balls, bigger forehead, increaesed *** drive which has led some steroid user to **** girls, crazy agrression...and once u go off the roids dont you start to shrink back to normal size???

I hope that your PCT includes more than just the Nolva, but yeah keep eating and you will see some great gains with that stuff. I really wanna do a cycle of it but I dont really know where to get the Nolva from and im worried that the little bit of gyno that I do have will get worse...

 
any idea just how long that is? and is that with constant lifting? cause sometimes well take a 5 minute break here and there, and if we lift over 1 1/2 hours we really slow down toward the end...but i def dont wanna lose naything, so how long is too long?
This is something that I battled for a LONG time. Overtraining can be good from time-to-time but you MUST rest. Its actually when the bulk of your muscle is going to be formed. You must eat eat eat...work out HARD and then get a full nights sleep. Have you ever taken a 4-6 week break since you started regularly working out? Its hard to do, but your body gets the chance to fully heal.

You should work out for 1 hour 1 1/2 hours max and rest at least (bare min.) 1 day a week, better off with 2 and put it in the middle of the week. For instance mon lift tues lift wed break thur lift fri lift sat break etc.

I used to do the straight through workouts. I've only recently (last 9 months) done the breaks in between. The results are HUGE. I maxed at 335 about 4 days ago (I'm 190). Not fantastic, I know...but such a huge increase for me from a year ago.

shrunken balls are a result of them not producing testoterone. once you stop the cycle, and they begin producing it again, they almost always return to normal size. never heard of a bigger forehead, lol. and i def aint rapin no1, thats no problem. with some roids, you will lose alot of your gains if you dont do proper PCT, but thats not all roids, AND even with the roids that youll often lose your gains with, proper PCT, prevents most of it.

im pretty sure i posted my PCT, but it includes nolva, 6-oxo, and tribullus. you probably wont be able to get your hands on any nolva because its Rx, but look for tamaxifen citrate (sp?). i got mine from a place called innovative research. its a company that sells research chemicals. they have it in liquid form

i lift mon, tue, wed, thur, and sometimes fri, but take sat and sun off. i def have a problem with sleep, i never get enough, just doesnt seem like i have any time to sleep (during schoolyear).

 
ok so i started PCT today. and im kinda worried about the Nolva. its tamoxifen citrate research chemical from innovative research labs. its an aqueous solution "not intended for human use or to be ingested", however, the guys over at BB.com told me i am supposed ot ingest it. so i did today and it tastes like complete *******. tastes like nasty chemicals disolved in rubbing alcohol. and this was with 8oz of water too. any1 know if this is actually the correct way to use it. it comes in a dropper bottle, so i dont think its an injectable, but what else...?

 
You're on superdrol??!! Holy shit dude...you better run a **** good PCT.

If anyone's curious, I'm now around 161(up from 143) and its been about two months. I think my be fat % after the holiday went up to maybe 12 or so, but I was 156@10%, and I've been eating some sweets here and there.

Anyway, been taking Animal Pump, and this shit kicks ****ing ***!!

Time to do some cardio/abs tommorow to lower that bf%
